The Firm Administrator (FA) is responsible for the overall management of the office administrative activities, including general administrative policies and procedures. The FA plays a key role in human resources and acts as a liaison between management and team members and between accounting and administrative personnel. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works as an effective team member to complete projects and tasks
- Exercises direct, day-to-day supervision of the administrative support functions of the firm
- Communicate with staff internally
- Communicate with clients externally
- Acts as a liaison between our firm and our IT provider
- Human Resource support
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
- Five to eight years’ experience in business administration including at least four years in a professional services environment
- Additional professional certifications (i.e. SHRM, PAFM, PHR) preferred but not required
