This position supervises, monitors, and administers the Student Financial Services cashiering functions, such as, but not limited to, payment handling, check printing, reconciling cashier activity, maintaining internal payment controls, and researching/correcting payment issues from various sources. The incumbent establishes, audits, documents and maintains procedures for efficient, accurate and compliant workflow. This position also ensures excellent customer service to students and their families, other University employees, departments and outside organizations. All employees are expected to support CWU’s commitment to diversity and to bring and support inclusion into the university environment.
2 years’ experience handling large volumes of payment transactions, such as a bank teller or retail sales clerk.
