The Assistant Controller (AC) assists the Controller in all phases of company accounting activities and help maintain a cohesive and collaborative team environment. The AC is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including non-profit accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. The AC has direct supervisory responsibilities and serves as a coach and mentor for those in finance roles.

Five years accounting experience in nonprofit management; or equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience. Relevant analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Minimum three years of supervisory experience supervising mid-size teams of 5-10 direct reports. Fluency in Spanish a plus.
