The Floating CSR I is the first point of contact for all branch relief coverage requests. This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through personalized, efficient, and accurate handling of customer needs. The duties of the Floating CSR I include but are not limited to; processing all teller transactions, answering phones and following up on customer inquiries. The Floating CSR I will be responsible for identifying referral opportunities, and making qualified referrals to branch leadership team and business partners.
This position's home base will be the Seattle Administrative offices.
High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year cash handling or customer service experience. Skill competencies required include, but are not limited to:
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills • Adapt to manage performance to goals • Strong Customer focus and effective listening skills • Flexible with shift priorities • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work both independently and as a team player • Practice ethical behavior and understand the need for confidentiality • Strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to travel to all Retail branch locations as needed • Branch hours to include Saturday hours • Must have valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle • A credit and criminal background check are required
