The Human Resources (HR) Generalist will be responsible for processing bi-monthly payroll, assisting in coordination of employee benefits, oversees Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting, and manage compliance courses for all employees. The HR Generalist will assist with maintaining personnel files, planning of quarterly meetings, health benefit administration, job postings and scheduling of interviews, and conduct new hire orientation.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree preferred, plus a minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressively responsible experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A good working knowledge of human resources, recruiting, and onboarding procedures is desired. Trustworthiness and sensitivity are essential. Skill competencies required include, but are not limited to: • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail • Ability to work both independently and as a team player • Practice flawless ethical behavior and understands the need for confidentiality • Experience in ADP Workforce Now is preferred, but not required • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) • A credit and criminal background check are required
